Air Force general, his wife and pet dog killed in plane crash just yards from retirement community as the cause remains unknown

Major General Joseph D. Brown IV, 54, his wife Sue Brown, and a family pet were killed when the single-engine plane he was piloting, a Cessna 210, crashed near the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport.
