Iraq calls for faster arms deliveries, nears F-16 deal

The US is not happy with the current Maliki led government in Iraq. So this delay in the delivery of weapons to Baghdad comes as no surprise. Iraq has now started to buy weapons from Russia and this is further angering Washington.
